Do you guys remember when Obama said about 3,000 times. "where gonna bring home the troops." "I will bring the troops home" on and on.
Well, today he announced that there would be 21,000 more troops sent to Afghanistan, now if you add that to the 17,000 sent a moth ago, he's now sent 38,000 total.
Now I can tell you if I were a hardcore Obamanite, I'd be pissed that Obamas just following down GW's path.

Political correctness is taking a bite out of the way European Parliament members can address each other.
The European Union is banning terms such as "Miss" and "Mrs." because they might offend female members. The guidelines are issued in a new gender-neutral language pamphlet that orders politicians to address female members by their names with no reference to marital status. Other rules insist words such as "sportsmen," "statesmen," and "man-made" are forbidden.

The Man...... "The Man" has taken many forms, such as the cops, the establishment, the machine, the government, the feds, corporate America, and Big Brother.
For the Wikipedia crowd: A slang phrase that refers to the government, leaders of large corporations, and other authority figures in general, rather than a specific person. "The Man" is colloquially defined as the figurative person who controls the world. The phrase is also often used as a symbol of racial oppression, as well as the boss of blue-collar worker, and the enemy of any counterculture.
Although in the past it was used merely by hippies and the man riding in his own shopping cart, "The Man" has certainly evolved.
In consideration of recent events, it has become quite clear that government officials are the most overpaid and under worked gangsters in the known world. "The man" has now changed to an entity of our own "elected" officials who are concerned with merely abuse of power and the lining of their own pockets. Although their plans/conspiracies have not been so clear, we are certainly coming into a time where "The Man" has realized that he is unquestioned and relatively self-governed.
Now before you jump to the conclusion that I am some anti-government crazy man, I'll let you know that I was not always this skeptical, I was actually the opposite, I believed in our government and our elected officials, I believed that we were actually in a Democratic society. BUT oddly as I became more educated and more involved I started to see things more clearly and actually understand how governed/ “held down” we are by THE MAN.
The purpose of this Blog is merely to share. As I’m sure you all do, I constantly have ideas, and come to realizations about subjects. Through information, I have found myself with conclusions that I had never thought about before. Now assuming that I am not the only one, I think through the world of the Net, I can most certainly connect with other individuals with facts and conclusions about any and all subjects of todays corrupt but wonderful world that we live in.
